Available services, content, pricing, and access conditions may vary by course or plan and may be updated from time to time.

4. Registration and OTP Login
Certain services require account registration and mobile number verification through OTP or another supported authentication method. You must use a mobile number you are authorized to access. Do not share OTPs or authentication credentials with others. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

5. Courses and Educational Content
Courses, study materials, questions, explanations, videos, and other educational resources are provided for learning and examination preparation. While we aim to maintain useful and accurate content, we do not guarantee that every resource will be error-free, exhaustive, or sufficient to achieve a particular examination result. Users should also refer to official examination notifications and syllabuses.

6. Test Series and Performance
Mock tests and test series are intended to support practice and self-assessment. Scores, rankings, solutions, and performance reports depend on the features available for each test. Practice results do not guarantee performance or selection in an actual competitive examination.

7. Live Classes and Recorded Sessions
Live classes and recorded sessions may be available according to the applicable course or subscription. Schedules, instructors, and availability may change when reasonably necessary. Access to recordings is subject to the terms and validity of the relevant offering. Users must not record, redistribute, or publicly share classes without authorization.

12. Prohibited Activities
You must not use the platform for unlawful purposes; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with platform security or operation; upload malicious software; impersonate another person; misuse accounts or promotional offers; cheat or manipulate tests; scrape or systematically copy content without authorization; or distribute course materials without permission.
